Goals

To become a center for information and resources for artists, art groups and the public, leading to increased awareness of the arts in the community.
To provide creative outlets and opportunities for people of all ages to experience and participate in the arts.
To promote and provide opportunities for arts education for all.
To provide a showcase for the work of local artists and art students.
To build the administrative capacity of the Arts Council enabling it to carry out its mission.
